The biscuit was fluffy and flakey and absolutely perfect. This will be my new calibrator for all future biscuits!
It was a good idea to get there early as the line got long very quickly.The Texas Chili omelet was great, and went very well with the fluffy biscuit. I am definitely interested in going back again.
